We Engineer and Manufacture Fasteners to Your Exact Standards—iso/din/asme. From Cad/cam and Material Sourcing to Heat Treatment, Coatings, Qc Certificates, Custom Packaging and Global Logistics, We Run the Whole Line So You Get Precision, Speed and Peace of Mind.
Machining is the most flexible way to make a fastener or a custom part. Using CNC lathes and machining centres, material is removed from bar stock or from a forged blank until the part matches the drawing exactly. At Tav Sanat Andishe Sharq, machining is used for special and non-standard fasteners, for small and medium batches, and for finishing forged parts that need precise dimensions.
Because no dies are required, machining is ideal for prototypes, urgent orders and parts that are needed in quantities too small to justify forging tools. Diameters, lengths, head shapes, grooves, cross holes and threads can be changed from one batch to the next simply by changing the program, which shortens the time between drawing and delivery.
CNC turning holds tight tolerances on diameters, lengths and concentricity, and produces smooth surfaces on seating faces, shoulders and sealing areas. Threads can be cut on the lathe or rolled afterwards for extra strength, and parts with special profiles, such as studs with reduced shanks, threaded rods, bushings, spacers and pins, are produced to the exact drawing.
Machining also completes the work of our forging lines. Hot-forged and cold-forged blanks are turned where the drawing calls for precise fits, so customers receive parts that combine the strength of a forged structure with the accuracy of a machined finish. Every batch is measured against the drawing with calibrated gauges before it moves on to heat treatment, coating or packing.
Our machining work covers carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, brass and other materials, to ISO, DIN, ANSI and ASME standards and to customer drawings. Typical applications include machinery, oil and gas equipment, power plants and maintenance projects that need special parts quickly.
Send us your drawing or a sample and our engineering team will recommend the most suitable route, whether machining alone or machining combined with forging, to reach the right balance of accuracy, strength and cost.
