We Engineer and Manufacture Fasteners to Your Exact Standards—iso/din/asme. From Cad/cam and Material Sourcing to Heat Treatment, Coatings, Qc Certificates, Custom Packaging and Global Logistics, We Run the Whole Line So You Get Precision, Speed and Peace of Mind.
Hot forging is the process of choice when a part is too large, too complex or made of an alloy that cannot be shaped at room temperature. The steel billet is heated in an induction furnace until it becomes plastic, then pressed between closed dies until it fills their shape completely. At Tav Sanat Andishe Sharq, hot forging produces large-diameter bolts, studs, anchor bolts, eye bolts and heavy-duty custom parts for demanding industrial applications.
At forging temperature the metal flows easily, so large changes of shape are possible in a few strokes without the risk of cracking. As the part cools, the grain structure recrystallises into a fine, uniform pattern that follows the outline of the part. Internal voids are closed by the forging pressure, which gives hot-forged parts full density, high toughness and excellent resistance to fatigue and impact.
Temperature control is at the heart of the process. Each billet is heated to a monitored temperature range that suits its grade of steel, and the time between furnace and press is kept short so that every part is formed under the same conditions. After forging, parts are trimmed, cooled in a controlled way and, where the standard requires it, heat treated to reach the specified property class.
Our presses and closed dies form hex, square and round heads, flanges and special shapes on carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel. Because the die controls the outer shape, only light machining is needed afterwards, typically for threads or precise seating faces, which keeps lead times and costs under control.
Hot-forged fasteners from Tav Sanat Andishe Sharq are made to ISO, DIN, ANSI and ASME standards and to customer drawings. They are used in steel structures, oil, gas and petrochemical plants, power generation, mining and heavy machinery, wherever large loads and harsh conditions call for parts with no weak points.
Our engineering team reviews each drawing to decide between hot forging, cold forging and machining, so every part is produced by the process that gives the best balance of strength, accuracy and cost.
